Christine began kickboxing at age 7 and is fascinated
since. For the first 13 years she trained semi-contact kickboxing in Bayreuth/Germany where she lived. Her club was Dojo Aleksandar e.V. and gave the basis for her actual success. After a 2 year-intermission she started with full-contact kockboxing in Munich/Bavaria in 2003. She has sort of found her second homeland at the center of the brothers Mladen and Pavlica Steko - they provide highly professional training based on most modern knowledge and a perfect organisation in the background - and, last not least a climate like in a big family..... In medicine she has got
her doctorate degree in June 2007 |
Under these conditions success had to come: In 2005 she
became amateur world champion. Beginning of 2006 she skipped to the
professionals and is professional european champion of the WKA since
December 2006. She trains twice a day for 6 days a week for her great target: Being world champion - and it worked out on May 25th, 2007 when she won against Rachel Kirkhouse/Wales in Vilamora/Portugal (WAKO-version). |
