In the last newsletter I reported you that the "Deutsches
Ärzteblatt" has published an article
about DoctorsHobbies.com and there have been several reactions of nice
colleagues.
One of them was Dr. med. Andreas Diemer, Jazz trumpet player with his band
!ALIVE!
Shortly after his mail it occurred that I was going to Freiburg in South Germany
and so
I could visit him in Gaggenau on my way there. We made a CD-exchange and had a
nice talk about music
and alternative medicine which he is both practising.
It was possible to get his agreement and make two entire audio files
accessable for you via internet:
on the www.DoctorsHobbies.com homepage you find
JazzDocs and then Diemer.
Clicking on the link to his DocPresentation you get his own story and the
audio files with the occasion to get his whole
super-professional disc by online payment with credit card. You can listen to the audio files with RealPlayer
(free download at www.real.com
).
DoctorsHobbies wants to give you perfect service under all aspects!
Getting an always bigger quantity of information I found it necessary to
insert a more systematic structure.
Every Hobby gets 6 navigation bars for different "layers" of the
hobby:

At the beginning the hobby is named, every bar has marked with red writing
and underlayed with colour its function
and offers direct links to jump to any other section. Surf around and try out!
If I then have time to surf around in the internet researching about
DocHobbies I find many things.
So I found out that the former president of the German Medical Association is
treasurer in the World Medical
Association.
He was very nice when I just freely called him and asked him for a favour to
make them write something - and it
is going to be worked out! Does anybody from you get this Journal?
I don´t even remember how I found Christof Daetwyler MD´s Homepage. I wrote
him a mail and he was very nice to
respond and offer some interesting links for his hobby collecting information
about herbs, like a HerbDoc.
So I could make a little DocPresentation with his links at http://www.doctorshobbies.com/GardenDocs.htm#DocPresentation
Congratulations! You might have visited her DocPresentation
already when I reported about her invention of a functional
working bench for pianists and in general.
Do you know about any other competitions? Or have you won a doctor competition? Go ahead and tell me, we can report about it.

I am sorry that our Newsletter-family is rather small, yet, we are 25 people

Isn´t it definitely the "backbone" for the world-wide
DoctorsHobbies-community? If you have something actual to tell,
which moves you emotionally just do so and we can put it in the next newsletter
in one form or another. That´s what it is for!
It must be open to other authors than only myself.....
