Mystic sounds...........

 It has fascinated many people, then faded because of other streams, now it keeps a certain attention but is seldom represented by people.
There are few good glassharp players. But I know only one single Doctor playing glass harp:

 My own experience with glassharps began at the www.teatroallascala.org where I listened to the rehearsals of "Frau ohne Schatten" of Richard Strauss. In its third act Strauss composed glassharp and this was played by the internationally acclaimed glassharp virtuoso Bruno Hoffmann.

He even gave me and some friends a little extra concert in a back room of the stage.

Years later I met Petr Spatina from Tchechia in the street in Freiburg/Germany where he played. THIS was the UTMOST I EVER HEARD BEING PLAYED ON A GLASSHARP! This guy is so exceptional that I invited him to cooperate and gave him a website: www.glassharps.com where you are cordially invited to listen to a soundtrack and get his CD online directly in the DocCD-shop. (since I as a doctor created his web and promote him....).

Clemens Hofinger from Würzburg/Germany (see photos on his webpage, please) is a well established glassharp virtuoso (apart from his activity as medical doctor and having a family with four kids). Visit his site www.glasharfe.de which he worked out perfectly also in english (click symbol).

Listen to his favourites. But you must RIGHT click the sound-links and "Save target as...." on your hard disk and THEN open it,
so that the RealMedia file works. You need the RealPlayer from www.real.com .
